Processing time

We pack and ship your order as soon as we can after payment goes through. Once it's on the way, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Shipping rates

• $8 flat rate on orders under $100
• Free shipping on orders $100 and up
• Free local pickup at our store, 68 Broadway N, Suite 104 in Fargo. Pick it at checkout and we'll text you when it's ready.

Delivery times

Most orders in the U.S. arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Once your package is with the carrier, delays on their end are out of our hands, but we'll always help you track it down.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows up damaged or goes missing, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

International shipping

Right now we only ship within the United States.
